On XX/XX/2023, I purchased three XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) from a XXXX XXXX XXXX location. I loaded each card with {$500.00}. One card worked and two were already drained. On XX/XX/XXXX, Incomm mailed me two replacement XXXX Gift Cards. Per the instructions on the letter provided with the replacement cards, I called Incomm to activate both cards. One card activated fine and I've already used the card. I have been unable to use the second card. After my initial call to activate the second card, I have called Incomm multiple times. The Incomm reps can see the declined transaction but insist the card is " active '' and it should work. It does not work and no one at Incomm seems to know how to fix the problem. Even though I purchased the gift cards together in one transaction, Incomm set up separate Case Numbers for each drained card and the replacement XXXX came in separate envelopes. The two case numbers are XXXX and XXXX. I am not sure which case number applies to which XXXX that was sent.
