Experian offers Experian Boost. The allow qualified monthly payments such as rent, insurance, streaming services, & other types of monthly bills to be connected to Experian Boost. I connected my bank account with Experian boost & they were able to download my qualified monthly bills. They require 3 consecutive monthly payments within the past 6 months. The issue is, they are only accounting for 2 months of payments ( XXXX & XXXX ). I have been making monthly payments since XXXX. I have many back & forth conversations with their member support. They requested copies of my bank statements showing these additional payments. Which I provided. One response from them was " the payment description must be exactly the same for all payments. You payment date is different '' No, XXXX the payment date is going to be different. They should know that. After a month of dealing with incompetence, requesting the copies of bank statements, & them providing the same response which doesn't address my issue. I have requested a call from a manager. Which has not happened. I resorted to filing a XXXX complaint. Experian response was to send me a credit report. Further incompetence, which the company doesn't understand their own service. This delay is costing me time & money from improving my credit score. As of now I have a XXXX credit score due to my bankruptcy. There are many resources available to re establish credit. But, I need a credit score other than XXXX to qualify. This can be easily resolved by a phone call from Experian.
