On XX/XX/XXXXXXXX I mailed a certified letter to Transunion requesting the method of verification for some items on my credit report. As of XX/XX/XXXXXXXX I have not received that information and the accounts are still being reported of my credit report. Transunion is in violation of the FCRA reason 1 ) they have 15 days from the date of request to submit the verification method to the consumer and they have not done so. 2 ) By reporting inaccurate information Transunion has committed identity theft against me. I am demanding removal of the following accounts in the next 5 days and/ or I will began a lawsuit against Transunion . Delete these accounts : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX we are all aware Transunion has a history of reporting misleading and false information on consumers credit report.
