I had lost my job due to Covid Pandemic, found a new job but then got into a car accident. I applied for a loan to help me out. They gave me this huge loan, which helped, but did not give me lots of info about the interest. I also added unemployment insurance with the loan. I ended up losing my job again due to XXXX. I asked them to apply the Unemployment insurance and sent paperwork to them multiple times but it was never applied and they kept charging me. Then I get a statement in the mail saying I was in collections with Nelson and Kennard.
