Earlier this year i signed up for a credit monitoring app and found out that someone had applied tor 4 credit cards under my name to am address i no longer even live anymore, immediately froze my credit and place a fraud alert on my report, i reach out to these banks ( XXXX, XXXX XXXX, capital one and XXXX XXXX ) to let them know i wasn't the one who applied for these cards. I also found out that the bank detected the accounts where fraudulently opened and had terminated the cards but then the cards still appears on my credit report and have BADLY affected my credit score which went from XXXX to currently XXXX.
