Experian contiunes to report proved fraud on my credit report. the company reporting it will not assist, I have FTC fraud reports, police reports and my local law inforcement ( police/DA ) are investigating this fraud. the loan company has provided conflicting and false information and states the 'loan is verified ' yet will not explain how it was verifed. experian has been giving me the run around for months saying just send police report and we will fix it, send ftc report, etc I have done all of this 5 times since XXXX yet it is still being falsely reported. This account in question is not mine, nor was it ever mine and the company that says it is mine has yet to produce any evidence showing it is mine... it needs to be removed from me credit file ASAP this is absurd, please HELP!
