I Requested the closure of XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) on XXXX XXXX via support live chat, the chat specialist answered me that the account was successful closed. After some time, i saw in my credit report that i had late payment for XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. After contacting the company, i was told that the account can only be closed by calling the support service, which does not coincide with the conditions indicated on company 's website. The company refused to delete deliberately false records of late payment that were received after i requested account closure.
