XXXX XXXX XXXX over charged my cash app card, I noticed and filed a dispute and called XXXX XXXX XXXX. Got them to cancel the charge, which I have am email from them stating, and and confirmation number to show they sent it back. Cash app keeps saying they never received a refund, and keeps me going through the same process that gets me nowhere. This has been going on since XX/XX/XXXX. There's no supervision to help me, just people I can barley understand on the phone going through the same scripts, I really need some help
