My debit card was charged {$77.00} by XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023. I have not had a transaction with XXXXXXXX XXXX for well over a year. I never authorized this transaction and have zero awareness of who did. This was a fraudulent transaction. They also tried to charge my debit card that same amount 2 more times, but those charges were rejected as I did not have the balance to cover it. I noticed this fraudulent charge immediately because I get notifications on my phone of charges & attempted charges. I reported this to Chime immediately - Within minutes of seeing the notification. Then I disputed the transaction, but they denied my dispute. Then I appealed, but they continue to ignore me and insist I give them some documentation that it was not my charge. How is one supposed to prove a negative? Please help!
