I applied to XXXX in XXXX and provided necessary documentation in XXXX. I have not heard back about my application, so in XXXX I called Nelnet. I waited XXXX hours to speak to a representative and they said they are " processing '' my application. Nelnet told me they were " processing '' my applciation a week prior as well and it's been well over a month that it has been " processing ''. The representative also let me know my account is in forbearance and I would not have to make a payment in XXXX but that is not reflected in my account and an auto payment was made in XXXX. I don't believe it should take 3 months to " process '' an application, I should have a response by now.
