I have been disputing with XXXX, XXXX, TransUnion and other creditors since XX/XX/2023 and I have not been able to get them to comply with my disputes. I disputed my personal information, late payments, collections, derogatory marks and accounts that have been charged off. Which are all inaccurate, misleading and misreporting on my consumer report. This is also against my rights as a consumer. They never asked for my permission to report all these things in writing nor verbally. On XX/XX/2023 I found out my information was breeched! I am very upset, disappointed and I demand a remedy! I have spent numerous amounts of monies and time disputing these misleading, misreporting and inaccurate information on my consumer report. This is messing with my mode of living, my general reputation and my children 's future as well. THESE CORPORATIONS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ARE IN CLEAR VIOLATION OF CONGRESS FEDERAL LAWS. I want any and all negative items ; Old/outdated addresses, late payments, collections and inquires, reporting on my XXXX consumer reported DELTED immediately. In addition, I am requesting a compensation amount of {$5000.00} because my information was breeched! If needed I will take legal actions necessary to heal the damages done to me by XXXX, XXXX, TransUnion and the other creditors ( XXXX XXXX ). I have also sent a copy of my consumer reports with every single inaccuracy, misleading and misreporting account highlighted in either pink or orange specifying every single error in my consumer report. IF NEEDED I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS NECESSARY TO HEAL THE DAMAGES DONE TO ME BY XXXX, XXXX, TRANSUNION AND OTHER CREDITORS ( FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ) FOR USING, SHARING, BUYING, SELLING, TRADING AND ALSO FOR FAILLING TO PROTECT MY NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION ( 15 USC & 6801 ).
