On XX/XX/2023, I received a notification that my credit score dropped. I immediately checked XXXX and there was a collection of {$150.00}. From some agency by CCS. As I had no idea who they were, I disputed the amount with XXXX and XXXX took it off of my credit. However, I went to XXXX and XXXX XXXX and that same charge was still listed on my credit report, even after submitting a request for this to be removed from my credit it still shows. I was never sent any documentation informing me the reasoning behind this collection or even what this collection was. This dramatically dropped my score, which is completely unfair as I was never even made aware of this collection. Upon reviewing my credit report, I noticed the aforementioned collection account, and I would like to highlight that I have no knowledge of this debt or any business dealings with the alleged creditor. It is crucial for the sake of accuracy and fairness that this dispute be resolved in a timely and appropriate manner.
