TransUnion send me affidavit to sign when I submitted a FTC report. After signing the Affidavit and sent it back Transunion flagged that it was not sent by me. When I ask them what do I need to do to proof that I sent the documents TransUnion refused to answer my question. The bankruptcy in question was deleted by the following bureaus. XXXX deleted it. XXXX delete it. XXXX XXXX Deleted it. Only TransUnion does not follow the FCRA guideline. TransUnion also claimed that the furnisher was the Bankruptcy court and when I submitted the document from Bankruptcy court that the bankruptcy court does not furnish anything to credit bureaus Transunion refused to do their job under FCRA. I will attached every single documents that TransUnion failed to address.
