Subject : Demand for Immediate Removal of Late Payment Entries Under 15 USC 1681 Section 604 ( 2 ) and 15 USC 1666b To Whom It May Concern, I am writing in my capacity as a consumer, to address inaccuracies in my credit report, specifically regarding late payment entries. This letter serves as a formal request for the immediate removal of these entries, based on my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 USC 1681, Section 604 ( 2 ) ) and the Truth in Lending Act Per 15 USC 1681, Section 604 ( 2 ), I assert my right to privacy. This section stipulates that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish information about my account without my explicit written permission. The late payment entries on my credit report have been reported without my consent, thereby violating this statute. All late payments that are reported should be removed immediately upon receipt of this letter.
