Citizens Bank NA ran my credit on XX/XX/. I have tried multiple times to reach customer service but you can not get through without providing an account number. I am NOT a customer of Citizens Bank, did not perform any credit transactions with them, don't have an account or bank account with them, they are not underwriting any insurance for me and they have no legitimate business need in connection with me to be running my credit report. As far as I am concerned, this is not allowed by law and I would like a written explanation about why they are running my credit report. Thank you.
