My personal belongings were stolen including my Social security card in XXXX around XXXX, I didnt notice the UPSTART account on my credit until XX/XX/XXXX when i tried to apply for a credit card and they told me reason for denial is because of UPSTART loan account was in collections. I am providing documentation of a Police report regarding the incident and i asked the Three credit bureaus to put a lock on my credit profile for protection. This account unauthorized and wrongfully opened with my personal information and would like for this to be removed from my credit profile as it is affecting my personal life.
