I have emailed, called, and sent in letters to all three credit reporting agencies to have the bankruptcies showing on my credit report removed due to how they obtained this information. They claim the court gave them this information even though I have sent in a copy of the letter from the court themselves saying that they have do not share information with any credit agencies. I have asked as recently as XX/XX/2023 with XXXX that it remove the bankruptcy from my report, but they refuse to do and keep saying that the court verified the bankruptcy. This has been going on for a couple of years now and I would like it stop. I even sent a letter to XXXX who claims that they got the information from the court, which I sent a copy of the letter stating that the statement they made was indeed false, and they refuse to remove it from my report.
