On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased from the United States postal service in XXXX XXXX, Ca 5 money orders 4 for {$1000.00} each and 1 for {$560.00}. These were the XXXX ( {$2200.00} ) and XXXX ( {$2200.00} ) payments. On XX/XX/XXXX Selene Finance LP received them and on XX/XX/2022 cashed all 5 money orders. A full payment was posted for XXXX but only a partial payment was posted for XXXX of {$280.00} missing the {$2000.00}. Instead of posting a full payment the partial posting was a direct result of the {$2000.00} being put in the unapplied funds never to be seen or credited for anything again. After numerous phone calls and emails resulting in no one trying to fix the error Selene Finance LP placed my account in foreclosure. After 16 refused payments there was a sale date. I had to hire an attorney to open probate then had to hire a bankruptcy attorney since I had to file for bankruptcy to postpone the sale. All this because no one at Selene Finance LP would fix their mistake. Where did the {$2000.00} go?? Selene Finance LP stole the money put it somewhere no one knows. They are criminals and should be held accountable for their crimes/actions. I applied for a loan modification twice and still waiting to see what might still be needed or what.
