Ive already put in a complaint with the XXXX about 21st mortgage trying to collect a full payment of XXXX for XXXX mortgage payment. They had already received a. Default payment of XXXX and have cashed the check. They receive payments by check in mail and cash every single one. No notice my payment was short XXXX dollars before sending a notice about repossession of my home. I have no issue paying the amount I was short but they want the full payment for the month. When confronted with this issue through the XXXX they closed all contact with me through them. I had to put to complaints in for them to finally respond to the second and sent proof of them cashing the check for my mortgage payment. I am in the process of finding a lawyer for their illegal activities. The attached files are from my mothers checking account. I dont have checks so she sends them in for me.
