Transunion and XXXX are incorrectly showing that I have a late payment for XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXXXXXX on XX/XX/. While XXXX is correctly showing that I have never had a late payment for the same account- XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX. Secondly, Transunion and XXXX are reporting that I was 30 days late on this account on XX/XX/, this is an obvious error as my payment dates are due on the XXXX of every month, thus I could not be late prior to the due date. Notwithstanding, the second contention, my primary contention is that I can not be late and current for the same account on the same date. It is my contention that this inaccurate reporting between the credit reporting agencies violates the maximum accuracy reporting standard set forth in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have written several letters of dispute, and requesting verification on the disputed account, some letter written more than 45 days, ands of this day, I have received no response, or an update to my credit report that this account was even in dispute. It is my request that the XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX be updated to current status showing that this account was never late as is the case.
