I have had the same two credit cards, have banked at XXXX XXXX XXXX for thirty-seven years, have had no hard inquires, have always paid my bills on time ( except for a bill that got lost in the mail over twenty years ago ), and out of the blue TransUnion lowered my fico score twenty-four points. I called them several times, and they hung upon my three times. I filed a complaint with CFPB ID XXXX. Their response was gibberish. The resolution I sought was that TransUnion raise my fico score back to XXXX. They never addressed that, and claimed I requested that they cancel the investigation. I never did.
