On XX/XX/XXXX, I initiated an international transfer of {$500.00} but that was not delivered. It has been six long years of them keeping my money! I received a letter from Ria asking me to complete a form and a copy of my drivers license in order to receive the funds back. I sent all the documents on XX/XX/XXXX, but I have received absolutely no response despite numerous phone calls and follow up emails. Even the phone number on the form is deceptively wrong, and nobody picks up. They are deceptive and contantly lie because they do not call back as promised, and they do not honor their commitments.
