I was offered a guaranteed loan for {$4000.00} and in the process Mariner Finance in XXXX Georgia pulled my credit and told me that my Birthday is displayed where my social security number is and I should call XXXX to fix it on XXXX with them the phone for verification because they arent allowed to call credit bureaus on consumers behalf. So I did just that and then I was told that my credit score isnt reporting so I got that fixed but XXXX said they did nothing to fix it now, I called Corporate to report that office for blowing me off, being rude, not being professional and just all around not doing their job. Corporate calls me back 3 days later to tell me that she spoke with XXXX and she a very nice XXXX with a great speaking voice and XXXX told her shes doing everything possible to help me so I told her ( I think her name was XXXX ) I didnt call you to check XXXX well speaking voice, I called you because I have been mistreated, tossed aside and the office is being dismissive of me and not doing their job! So now I threaten to call CFPB now the XXXX XXXX told me they can give me a loan for {$2000.00} when in fact my loan is a guaranteed {$4000.00} and that is what I want!
