Actions by the CFPB or other regulators against us or our executives could result in increased operating costs, reputational harm, payment of damages and civil monetary penalties, injunctive relief and/or restitution, any of which could have a material adverse effect on our business, results of operations and financial condition. The CFPB is authorized to prevent unfair, deceptive or abusive acts or practices through its regulatory, supervisory and enforcement authority. EQUIFAX AND XXXX are obligated by the FCRA to report accurate accounting. I have advised them of the accounts that resulted from fraud. By LAW, these companies had 4 days to remove the items, to date they are not removed. A FTC fraud report was filed along with CFPB and a statement from me the consumer. I am now requesting EQUIFAX AND XXXX to remove accounts immediately. I am not asking for an XXXX XXXX. SAID companies are liable under the SEC to follow certain rules.
