I recently learned that my nonpublic personal private information is being shared and furnished with different company 's and financial insinuation without my written consent. I have not authorized any of these accounts to be shared in writing, oral nor electronic. These accounts were furnished and shared to Equifax, XXXX and XXXX by way of Financial Insinuations without full discloser and without my written consent, unknowingly and unwilfully and against my knowledge and therefore request this account to removed immediately. In accordingly in pursuance of 15 USC 1681 Permissible Purpose of Consumer and 15 USC 6801 Protection of Nonpublic personal Information. This is identity theft. Pursuance FCRA 603 ( p ) Financial Institution must notify consumer in written if they may furnish negative information to CRA. Section 239 ( a ) ( 7 ) CFPB 12 CFR Part 1022.
