I did a double deferment on XX/XX/XXXX since I had went to XXXX XXXX and I am a temp employee I do not get paid. They had an option for me to pay XXXX to do the double deferment. I was then told I would be caught up and would not have to make another payment til XX/XX/XXXX. We'll they never did the double deferment like I was told and slapped another late fee on and more interest. I called again last week and was told oh it's because they didn't take off the late fee. She said she fixed it. It still isn't fixed. This is the XXXX time since I have had this loan this happened. They need to fix this or I will seek legal action. They have hurt me with so much interest already. I need help I am super sick and this stress isn't helping.
