My score is not updating with Equifax, has not been for quite some time. As advised by a support team member from XXXX XXXX ; I contacted Equifax directly. Upon contacting Equifax, they could not properly identify me because of an email on their file, I no longer use. I updated my email preference, I verified my personal information via phone and their text link ; which prompted me to take a picture of my State identification and take a picture of my face. All of that was done while on the phone with an Equifax representative. My email was changed and updated and so was my password. This was done a few months back. However, my credit score, accounts or credit information has not been updated. They are still showing a credit score that has not been updated to match XXXX or XXXX. Its damaging and interfering with being able to acquire or purchase anything that has to rely on a credit check. Ive done my part; jumped through all their XXXX hoops and they still cant get it right, nor are they attempting to correct this ongoing issue. My next course of action, if this doesnt work is to pursue them, legally via an attorney.
