I have reached out several times to this company and filed a dispute about this account. I have never lived here nor signed a lease agreement to this property. I have always lived at one address in XXXX, Georgia. This company has failed to comply with me as a consumer protecting my credit profile. In fact they are in huge violation of the FCRA and CFPB. I have informed them numerous times of the violation but instead they send stall letters, re-age the account by updating the date of last activity in hopes of keeping negative information on my profile. They have never provided me with proof or anything. I have been a victim of identity theft and they can retrieve the police report and FTC Report which is linked to my credit profile. This is a nightmare and I ask you please to remove this from my profile. When I spoke with XXXX they said they didnt care if I file a complaint with you guys because CFPB does no t matter and the rep hung up the phone on me. I ask you please to have this removed.
