On XX/XX/21 I applied for an auto loan with XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX. Upon supplying my information which included name, income, address and most importantly my social security number I was denied business for the extension of my credit. Its my understanding that per the Federal Reserve Act Section 16 that no application is denied and the amount of the application is received in legal tender. Its my understanding per that ACT that the application is money, and acts as money in this banking system. I applied for credit for an automobile with this institution and regardless of the reason for the denial I have a right to credit. Withholding my access to my securities is securities fraud. You are violating the Equal Credit Opportunity Act as well as the Consumer Credit Protection Act. Since you are denying me access to my credit, please retract my application.
