Hello, I got an alert in XXXX around owning a first installment for an XXXX Account. I have never ever applied for the account or shopped at XXXX in the amount of XXXX. I got an email that I was approved for XXXX. When I reached out to XXXX, the only message I got was you open the account and now you have to pay it. I sent an email to them with all my information to confirm my identify and asked what information was used for credit line approval. Now my fraudulent affirmed account is impacting my credit due to it being 60 days late. In principle, I could probably pay this but my concern is this could potentially happening to other people. It would be great to understand from XXXX what was used for approval so I can make sure I lock down those identity markers to stop this from happening. Also, what was brought and where was it shipped so I can see where the fraudsters are. I am hoping you can help with this.
