understand my frustration and confusion regarding the closure of my account with GRID/XXXX last year. After paying off the necessary amount, my account was closed on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX However, upon checking your credit report, I noticed that all my credit scores have significantly dropped due to an inaccurate report. This has had a tremendous impact on my credit. I kindly request you to immediately remove this inaccurate and improper information from my credit report.
