After credit denial from application on XX/XX/2023, I emailed Westlake Financial to have them return my original application or release access to my credit with mention of the Equal Credit Opportunity. The email response was that they " Disagree with my interpretation of the statue ''. Next, I emailed them back ( Title VII Equal Credit Opportunity 502 findings and purpose, Title VII Equal Credit Opportunity 702 definitions ( d ), ( e ), and ( f ), also 15 USC 1602 definitions and rules of construction ( g ), and ( l ), also The Federal Reserve Act Section 16 Note issues- 1. and 2., also The Federal Reserve Act Section 1 short title and definitions- 1., 2., and 3., I emailed them a Notice of Claim to Interest as the Agent for the Principal. They responded only that my ticket had been closed. Then, on XX/XX/2023 I sent a Certified mailing ( return receipt ) to one XXXX XXXX, CFO Westlake Finacial with the same Notice as " Default Judgement for Nonperformance '' along with a copy of the original application and copies of all the emails mentioned. As of XX/XX/2023 @ XXXX XXXX I have yet to receive a response.
