In order not to repeat what I just filed with you last month I am reporting that XXXX states it is finished with the update. The update is not correcting the problems listed under Case # XXXX and XXXX which describes in detail the problems that need to be corrected. XXXX are reporting that XXXX was a negative item. This is completely untrue. The car ( XXXX XXXX ) was paid off early and no balance id due. Why is that negative??? In addition, they report XXXX XXXX as negative and the three months I was late was already explained and XXXX XXXX provided a letter of satisfaction that nothing is due. The three months in question was due to my XXXX and staying with my daughter- my mail did not get forwarded and I was recovering from XXXX XXXX. This is not a problem for XXXX XXXX XXXX is making it a problem for themselves!!! These must be cleared from my credit report- XXXX have malicious intent and are targeting me- it is a form of discrimination and if these are not removed which is the appropriate action then they will be sued for the damages they have caused and are still causing over a long time period.
