In XX/XX/2023 I made a payment regularly to XXXX XXXX for my 3 credit accounts. I noticed the following month while trying to balance my checking account that the money did not come out. So I called to speak with a representative to get it fixed, I explained that there must have been an issue with the automated system as I have never missed a payment before or after on any of my 3 accounts. I was then told that i could not get direct information since i was not the direct account holder, which made no sense because I am an authorized user on this account. I let it go because the representative said that while they cant tell me details without my son being present even with me being an account holder, that the problem would be noted. I pulled my credit last month and noticed that it was not fixed! I have reached out to all 3 credit bureaus to try to get this resolved and also to XXXX XXXX who is saying they have no record of the call! Also 2 accounts with the same account number are reporting different things, I have attached copies of that.
