I disputed the amount on Monday XXXX I was contacted XX/XX/10 about the debt. Never received the paperwork going over the dispute. I told the person on the phone that I disputed the debt and told him he shouldnt be contacting me until I get the info that I am requesting. The person on the phone claimed to have emailed it to me. When I told him no he didnt he then said he did not have a valid email for me- which is a lie because I have received communication via email from this collector.
