Navy Federal Credit Union apparently has sued me and is now trying to ask the court to garnish my wages. I have disputed this account because there are fraudulent charges that were made on this account, and it is not fair and illegal to not investigate and ask me to pay the bill. Please allow me the due diligence to dispute these items. Please resend me any and all transactions associated with this account, via email and USPS mail or respond back to this complaint with all charges. Court Case is Docket # Docket # XXXX. I have also contacted the Law firm that is representing Navy Federal Credit Union and the law Firm is Named, XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX . and I have contacted them via email @ XXXX in reference to this Docket # and XXXX Responded back via email that I need to contact Navy Federal Credit Union in which I have been requesting information. So again it is not fair and illegal that a company can sue me AND deduct money from my paycheck without allowing me to dispute this or have this issue investigated.
