Shady business practices to start. On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a cheap sofa and 3 mattresses from a little shop in XXXX XXXX Ca. The shop owner advised he could finance the entire amount and all he would need is {$50.00} down. I was unaware that he was putting me in not 1 but 2 very high interest loans. He did explained it was for a 12 month period but he never said how much the payment would be. He pretends to be soft spoken and kind but he is a hustler and the worst kind, he prays on the poor. He creates an environment of chaos, acting confused and flustered stating he was late for church and continually looking at his phone. He also had multiple customer purchases going on while he was inputting my information making it difficult to ask any questions. One of the loans he put me in for {$1200.00} has a {$230.00} with an ending repayment of {$2800.00} after 12 months and the other one is for {$1000.00} with a monthly payment of {$140.00} and ending repayment of {$1700.00}. Ive already made 4 payments on each loan and this is just crazy. That I cant afford to keep paying on these loans
