XXXX XXXX is stating the amount is {$110.00} not {$160.00} so this company is scamming me and attempting to collect the wrong amount. XXXX also gave me the number to diverse adjustment and is attempting to cover the entire bill due to the modem being returned and no other payment should be owed. I spoke with XXXX from XXXX on XX/XX/. Because the modem was recieved on XXXX XXXX XXXX it will take a month for the bill to reflex and remove the balance on the account so XXXX was attempting to credit the full bill so that I may re-open the account. The collections agency refuses to speak with XXXX and refuses to adjust the bill. They are forcing me to pay them money even though the client is attempting to remove the bill!!!!
