I have contacted TransUnion several times regarding the inaccurate reporting to my credit account. I initially reached out in XX/XX/XXXX, yet nothing has been done to rectify this matter. My latest attempt last month has also gone without response. TransUnion continues to report inaccurate information which is detrimental to my financial well-being. TransUnion continues to violate my consumer rights and protection as well as violating the Reasonable Credit Detailing Act ( RCDA ). Almost all of my accounts are not reflecting the correct information, which upsets me because I was unaware that my credit score was a factor the entire time I was monitoring my report these last several days. According to my understanding of 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681i ( a ), you are required to provide me with an update after 30 days, so please make the necessary modifications for the following account and confirm that it is entirely true. I've set my calendar to 30 days after the day this letter was mailed. Thank you very much, and I really hope you can assist me. XXXX.
