To whom this concern, I am in the process of buying a home, and during that process of getting prepared for the process, I realized I had some damages on my credit report. I have no knowledge of these hard inquires that has been reported to my account. According to the 15 USC 1681 Law there should not be any damages on my credit report, as its a defamation to my character.
