I am a victim of identity theft and I am writing to dispute certain information in my file resulting from the crime. The items I am disputing do not relate to any transactions that I have made or authorized. Please have Transunion remove this information at the earliest possible time. The fraudulent account appearing on my credit report is XXXX. I only ever opened two accounts in my lifetime and those are XXXXXXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX card, whatever else showing on my Credit file is not mine and is direct result of Identity Theft. XXXX and XXXX removed the fraudulent above account but Transunion failed to do so and did not even respond to my inquiry. Transunion is in clear violation of 611 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681i and section 605B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have attached the Police Report and proof of my identity to this inquiry.
