I had a convenience card from XXXX and XXXX for my son as simply an authorized user while he was in college. The account belonged to me and I was the only signature on the contract. He is seeing both these cards on his credit report currently and they are dragging down his credit score. He has zero responsibility for the balances, I do personally and singularly. He has called both XXXX and XXXX repeatedly and they have done nothing to reconcile his credit with the credit bureaus. Thank you
