Been signed up for autopay with this company for almost 2 years. The same issue with my payments occurred last year in the XXXX timeframe as well to no fault of mine. I paid my bill for XX/XX/XXXX, much higher than the minimum payment of {$300.00}. I then get an email stating that they accepted my payment and my next bill is due on XX/XX/XXXX, which was clearly an error. I log into the site and it says for XX/XX/XXXX, there is no payment due. On XX/XX/XXXX, they stated my payment was late and to make a payment before my next due date, XXXX, to prevent negatively credit. This was a generous offer as the payment being late was of no fault of my own as my account is on autopay. On XX/XX/XXXX, I got an alert from my credit report that they reported my account past due. I paid the outstanding on XX/XX/XXXX as they stated before XXXX. They did not report this payment to the credit bureaus accurately and destroyed my ability to close on my house as it dropped my score over XXXX points!!!! No phone number to call and all of my emails for remedy have gone unanswered. They need to correct my credit report and remove the late payment annotations on my report immediately. The same thing happened last year due to their system limitations and they resolved it as ago as possible. This year, same timeframe, my emails have been ignored. Many other clients have experienced the same issue around this time of year. Ive filled a complaint with the XXXX that has also gone unanswered from this fraudulent company. This is not right. I have rights and I have a right for the information on my credit report to reflect accurately my character as a consumer and they have literally turned my life upside down as Im no longer able to close on my house due to their unprofessionalism. This is unacceptable.
