My information was shared to nonpublic personal information without my consent and also used that information to furnish.Congress makes it clear that the consumer has a right to privacy which Experian, XXXX, and XXXX has violated my federal protected right to privacy by failing to meet the needs of congress by ensuring that they exercise their responsibility with respect to the confidentiality of my personal information. The Fair CreditReporting Act was intended to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibility with fairness and respect to the consumer right to privacy!
