The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX payment in the amount of {$1000.00} for XX/XX/XXXX is incorrectly showing 30 days late on my credit report. It was not late. If you look at the attached XXXX response letter ( dated XX/XX/XXXX ) to the Complaint, you will see that XXXX did not deny that XX/XX/XXXX is incorrectly showing 30 days late, but said I should take up the issue with XXXX. To me, thats the same as saying its XXXX fault ( the error is on the credit bureaus end ) that caused the XX/XX/XXXX payment to incorrectly show 30 days late. Therefore, since the XX/XX/XXXX payment was paid on time, and is incorrectly showing 30 days late on the TransUnion credit report also, I am requesting that TransUnion correct the credit report by removing this XXXX late payment.
