My autopay was removed I found out about it when they blocked my store from receiving XXXX payments so I called into the company on XX/XX/XXXX also in regards to several fees late fees they charged me a XXXX lady advised me she put my autopay back on and removed late fees however she only removed one. Therefore I called again and the fee was not removed I refused to put my account on autpay at this point because I refused to pay for fees regarding a website error now I have racked up almost {$150.00} in fees alone even though I have paid on time I just refuse to pay for fees. Now they are claiming Im late anyways because the payment posted later. I used their website scheduler to schedule my payments days before the due date and if their site processes payments late that is not my problem, This is unethical and not right. I also want to say that this company engages in predatory lending on minorities and then does stuff like this. Its shameful and Im disputing these fees and charges.
