Dear Equifax I was a victim of Identity Theft. Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 605b ( a ) ( 2 ) you are required to remove any accounts opened without my knowledge, consent, or authority. Also in addition to Section 1681c-2 ( a ) you are required to block any information in the file that I have identified that resulted from identity theft.
