On XXXX XX/XX/, we received a letter via XXXX from True Accord. True Accord, is a collection agency. The agency refused to provide to me and claims to not have any evidence of the debt, despite having sent the demand for payment. This violates the provisions of FCRA and FDCPA, inter alia. In an email from me to the agency herein named, I disputed the debt. The fact is that the agency can not contact or communicate an alleged debt to a consumer without first having verified the debt. This community from True Accord violates consumer protection laws. In addition, XXXX XXXX XXXX, at no tike, ever sent to me any claim that a debt was owed. This instance is the first instance of communication from a third party or XXXX XXXX XXXX. It is presumed that XXXX XXXX XXXX has shared my personal information with this debt collector without right, without my knowledge or my consent. I intend to recover damages from both parties.
