There has been ZERO XXXX XXXX updates to any of the 3 major credit bureaus in almost 4 months, the missed payment in XXXX is also incorrect. My XXXX XXXX no longer shows on my XXXX reports. Equifax shows no payments since XX/XX/XXXX, all my recent payments are not properly being reported. I have called multiple times, I always get told their " activity '' looking into it and to expect an email but it's been almost 4 months with nothing! They are not holding up their end of the cardholder agreement, yet they're still charging me interest!
