On XX/XX/2023 I sent a dispute request to National Recovery Agency and XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding some inconsistencies with the data they have furnished on my consumer report. According to the consumer report the information is totally inaccurate. I want verification that I owe these alleged accounts. I have never received any documentation granting me the ability to dispute these accounts. According to XXXX XXXX XXXX these corporations are required to promptly provide evidence of any claim against me.A statement with itemized items on it does not prove according to XXXX any debt. The original contract bearing my wet ink signature and not an electronic signature is the only thing I will consider to be proof. That document must list these companies as original creditors otherwise that would indicate fraud if they are trying to collect a debt that is not owed directly to them.
